About
I build large-scale simulations of physical systems.
Trained as a physicist, retrained as a computational scientist. I'm drawn to the same problem in every domain I've worked: how do you build a simulation that's both faithful to physics and large enough to be useful — and how do you co-design AI inside it so the physics stays exact and the compute stays the engine of progress.
Operating philosophy
Five sentences.
-
Pick problems where the physics is exhaustive and the scale is commercially meaningful.
-
Compute is the engine of progress in science and technology — and simulation and AI are co-designed as one organism, each loop of the solver shaping the model and each model call sharpening the solver.
-
Numerical methods, supercomputing, and AI are one stack — not three.
-
If the demo doesn't run on hardware that matters, it isn't real yet.
-
Search for purpose, build technology, find the business.
